We don’t own any of the data or content you place into BrandKeep. You do give us a license to have all that information on the platform, and that’s necessary for us to be able to provide that special BrandKeep magic for you.
But, we don’t claim ownership on anything you place into the platform, and we don’t want to. We just want to help you organize it all.
This one is easy: we will never sell any of your data, and we never will. All information uploaded to BrandKeep is for storage purposes only.
Getting data or content out of BrandKeep is simple. Everything can be extracted using Brand Card exports, contact exports, or file downloads from inside the platform. Or, if it’s easier for you, you can request that we handle it and deliver all that content to you.
Protecting your data is our top priority. BrandKeep uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your data and content. We regularly back your data up to prevent loss, and aid in recovery if needed. Everything is hosted in secure SSAE 16/SOC2 certified data centers, and we have implemented firewalls and access restrictions on our end to protect all your information.
